 About Your 'Heart Healthy' Guide 

 I’m Holli Rovenger—Mom, Dietitian/Wellness Professional, Author, and Entrepreneur!

 

I have both a personal and professional passion for helping as many women as possible understand heart disease and take action to prevent it. 


 About five years ago, I experienced a cardiovascular event that shocked everyone who knew me. I exercised, ate well, and did all the “right” things—yet, I still found myself facing a major wake-up call. It scared me, but it also empowered me to make the changes I needed.
